Based in Burgas, Bulgaria, Nikalas Nedyalkov is a Creative Director and Co-Founder of Novi Property Group, specialising in architecture and interior design.

With a multidisciplinary background spanning graphic and fashion design, Nikalas spent five years in the UK honing his skills in graphic design, followed by a year studying fashion design at Istituto Marangoni. In pursuit of creative independence, he left university to launch his own brand, KYBISTA, which began as a graphic design and branding studio and later evolved to include two fashion collections.

Since 2019, Nikalas has worked across various creative disciplines including branding, art direction, and visual design. In 2023, he shifted his focus to architecture and interior design, bringing a unique, design-led perspective to his role as Creative Director at Novi Property Group.

Drawing inspiration from contemporary culture, form, and materiality, Nikalas approaches each project with a strong conceptual vision—balancing creativity with functionality to craft considered, immersive spaces. His creative interests also extend to music production and photography, further informing his multifaceted design approach.
